Sindhanai Sei Watch Online Tamil Movie

Sindhanai Sei

Copycats aren’t something off-the-wall when it comes to Indian film industry. When most of the filmmakers are running out of ideas, it’s best to loosely adapt or replicate the best ones. Recently, it was evident with Sabbir Khan polishing ‘Pammal K Sammadham’ for his ‘Kambakkht Ishq’. Possibly, now it’s our own guy Yuvan copycatting ‘Johnny Gaddaar’ – a film based on a smart greedy chap double crossing and killing members of his group to fetch the big sum money.

But, Yuvan deserves special mention for handling the screenplay so efficiently with more entertaining quotients in first half. It simply moves around with establishment of characters and their bank heist. Indeed, Yuvan proves himself to be a fine performer on the screens and so does the other actors.

The film opens with group of 5 childhood friends (Yuvan & co) heading for a bank heist. Immediately, we are swapped into flashbacks of their wretched lives of unemployment, infidelity and disappointments. Much prior to intermission, they’re accomplished with perfect planning of grabbing Rs.5Crores at gun point and easily move away from the clutches of cops. But sooner, greediness starts prevailing amongst these youngsters who are set with their vicious plans of owning 5Crores.

Following story unfolds unexpected twists and turns of appalling scenarios leaving you short-winded.

Yuvan starts-off well with appealing narration about establishing the roles with more off humorous quotients. But the screenplay turns-out-to be slightly flimsier in few parts and as well the amateurish dialogues. Our kind request to filmmakers! If you’re getting couple of childhood friends to meet after a long time, don’t make them utter each other’s name (Nee Suresh dhaana? And so on). Much of these flakey clichés do turn us nettlesome. When it comes to second half, Yuvan has well-executed the replica of ‘Johnny Gaddaar’ with few modifications.

On the performance, everyone including Yuvan has done justice to their roles. Especially, Kadhal Dandapani steals the show with his minimal portions.

Musical score by Thamman is finely done and his background score adds more to the pace of screenplay. Enriching visuals are yet another embellishment to the script and random cuts on editing could’ve been better avoided.

If certain diminishing factors were corrected, ‘Sindhanai Sei’ would’ve been yet more attractive. Finally, we would have appreciated Yuvan if he wasn’t influenced by few Hollywood based bank heist flicks and Johnny Gaddaar.
